inconsistent experience
sloping ceiling attic room
The hotel was clean, and the staff seemed friendly. breakfast was good too. however, there was a significant disappointment regarding the room. i booked expecting something similar to the online pictures, but instead, i was put on the 5th floor. the room was an attic with a sloping ceiling. I'm tall, so that was a problem.

adequate but not really good
strong odour bathroom layout
the breakfast buffet was quite extensive, with many options available.
The room i was initially assigned had an unacceptably strong smell of cleaning products (perhaps bleach). i requested a different room and waited for a considerable time before one became available. the new room was better in terms of odour, but the bathroom layout was awkward. The toilet was positioned very close to the wall, restricting legroom.

working machine sweet options
The room included a coffee machine that worked very well. I found that the bottled water was refreshed daily. It was very appreciated. The breakfast offered a wide array of savory and sweet options. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!

Acceptable Hotel Stay
excellent location public transportation sloping ceiling inadequate storage
The location was excellent. It was accessible to a shopping center and public transportation. Restaurants were also right down the street.
The room was an attic room with a sloping ceiling for most of the space. This was a significant issue, as I am over six feet tall. The room lacked proper storage. The wardrobe only had four hangers, and there were no shelves or drawers to store clothes.

fantastic stay!
attentive staff convenient location great variety
The staff was really attentive and helpful throughout my stay! the location is super convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and selection of cheeses.
I did notice that the soundproofing in my room wasn't the best. I could sometimes hear noise from the hallway.

The hotel is near several historical sites and cultural landmarks. It is very convenient. public transportation is easily accessible with bus and tram stops just a short walk away. many restaurants and shops are in immediate proximity.

the room included a king-size bed with premium bedding, guaranteeing a restful night. there was also a seating area with comfortable armchairs and a work desk. i enjoyed having a spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower and luxury toiletries!

The breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of hot and cold items!!! fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs were available every morning. the restaurant offers both local and international cuisine with daily specials. It was really tasty!!!
